How the Board will work:
AM Masum said, 'This board will initially conduct an audit on the condition of Evaly. Accounts payable to them, how much money they owe to consumers, how much assets they have, that is, a check on the state of the company. That's why they will audit at the beginning.'
After the audit, the board will decide on how Evaly will pay the debts, whether the company can continue to operate or whether it should be declared closed. If it is possible to manage the company then this board will manage it. If it is not possible to manage the company will be liquidated.
