Millions of gold in aircraft waste
Gold worth about one crore rupees weighing 1 kg 16 grams was found in the waste of a Bangladesh Biman flight at Osmani International Airport.
On Tuesday (July 26) at 8 a.m., the trash 'trolley' of the flight from Doha, Qatar, was found abandoned by scanning the 'trolley'.
Airport customs authorities said that a total of 10 bars of gold weighing 1 kg 16 grams were found. The price of which is approximately 1 crore rupees.

Airport Revenue Officer Nazzasi Parvez confirmed this information to BanglaNews. He said that a criminal case will be filed in this incident.
He said that we had information that the gold shipment was coming in the flight. Customs took a cautious stance. But after the arrival of the flight, the gold was not found. The passengers got out, but the gold did not match, raising doubts in the minds of the workers.
He also said that 10 bars of gold were found by scanning the garbage 'trolley'.
